BABY LOVES DISCO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchase and possession of this booking as well as presentation of the booking confirmation to gain entry to the event signifies agreement to the following conditions:
1. PARENTS/CARERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.
2.Please take note of all safety notices and bring these to your child’s attention i.e. no juice boxes on the dance floor.
3.We created Baby Loves Disco for parents and their children and babies aged 6 months through 7 years and their friends and family older/younger siblings, grandparents, nanny and best friend are all invited.... But, ultimately, you must be this judge: Does your child like being around others? music? dancing? lights? Try it out.
4.All walking humans will each need their own ticket, both adults and children. Only infants who are not yet walking are free.
5.Do we need to come with a Child? YES! We cannot allow any adults to enter BLD without a child.
6.No prams in the dance area – please check in at reception.
7. We use Strobe Lighting – Strobe Lighting can affect people with Photo sensitive epilepsy, or other ailments triggered by flashing or moving lights.
8.We use Fog Machines – Fog Machines can affect people with asthma.
9.Personal items should be left with accompanying adults. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft.
10.This booking is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue management, the venue and any licensing authority.
11. Any alcohol should be kept at high level away from children.
12. A valid booking confirmation must be produced to get into Baby Loves Disco.
13.The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance.
14. The venue management and/or Promoter reserve the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove persons from the venue for any reason where necessary.
15. In the interests of public safety, the venue management reserves the right to request the ticket holder to leave the venue at any time for safety reasons or immediately after the event.
16. Admission to the venue and event is at the booking holders own risk. Neither the Promoter nor the venue management shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises except for death or personal injury, which is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or the venue management or their employees or agents.
17. Knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, weapons, flags, banners, poles, umbrellas, and similar articles or dangerous or hazardous articles are not permitted within the venue, and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
18.The venue management and/or Promoter reserve the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue any person who refuses to be searched by a police officer or security official.
19. Neither the Promoter nor the venue management can accept responsibility for property lost or stolen at the venue.
20.No refunds will be given if the event is running but the venue has changed from the originally advertised location.
21. No money will be refunded or bookings exchanged after purchase, unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation the Promoter ís sole obligation and liability shall be to provide a full refund of the face value of this ticket. No other claims will be entertained.
22. Bags are liable to be searched.
23.No bookings may be used for commercial or promotional purposes (such as competitions, promotions or hospitality packages) without the written consent of the Promoter. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become void and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the venue.
24.Baby Loves Disco is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, however caused, to you except where any such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of Baby Loves Disco, its employees or agents.
25. Admission is only valid for the date that has been booked.
26. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
27.Event fees will not be refunded to any participant because that person fails to attend or is withdrawn from the event for any reason
28.CCTV Surveillance is in operation at the venue.
29.The possession of this booking shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms and conditions and implies an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
30.If this booking is used in breach of these terms and conditions it is void (and the Promoter and/or the owner of the event reserve the right to cancel this booking and retain any monies paid there for) and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
31.All efforts are made to ensure the environment is safe for babies and young children.
32. Artist line up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
33.This booking is only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
34.Wristbands removed from wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced.
35. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
36.Baby Loves Disco may record, film or photograph the Events. Your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the photographing, filming and audio recording and your approval permission for Baby Loves Disco to make full use of the photographs, recordings and the footage taken with any recourse to you. The photographs may used for the BLD website or affiliate website, press or promotional materials. If you do not wish your child to be filmed or photographed please make the photographer, cameraperson or audio person aware of this.
37. No pass outs will be issued. Re-entry to the Event is not permitted.
